The Grove™

The Grove™ brings the unmistakable character of an A-frame home into a carefully planned 36.41 m² footprint. Measuring 4.267 metres wide, 8.534 metres long and 6.401 metres high, its steep roof profile and glazed front elevation create an interior that feels open, bright and connected to the surrounding landscape.

The floor plan includes one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. This straightforward arrangement makes The Grove™ well suited to compact living, private guest accommodation, nature-based retreats and short-stay developments where space needs to be used efficiently.

Its structural system uses 0.75 mm AZ150 G550 zinc-aluminium-coated light-gauge steel for the wall framing and roof trusses. The supplier’s reference specification provides for insulated exterior walls, internal wall linings, SPC flooring, fitted kitchen components, bathroom fixtures, aluminium-framed glazing, plumbing provisions and an electrical package. Exact finishes and material selections are confirmed through the final drawings and quotation.

The Grove™ is supplied as a prefabricated materials package. Local foundations, site works, assembly, installation, utility connections, approvals, furniture and appliances are not included unless specifically added to the final project scope.
