The Shore™ combines distinctive A-frame architecture with the space required for comfortable residential and holiday living. Measuring 8.534 metres wide, 9.754 metres long and 9.144 metres high, it provides a total floor area of 103.15 m².
The 83.24 m² ground floor contains the principal living spaces, including a living room, full kitchen, bathroom and flexible interior space. A 19.91 m² upper loft extends the usable floor area while retaining the height and openness created by the steep A-frame roofline.
The home uses a factory-prepared cold-formed light-steel framing system. Reference material options include insulated exterior walls, internal wall and ceiling finishes, SPC flooring, aluminium-framed glazing, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fixtures and plumbing and electrical provisions. Final materials and finishes are confirmed through the approved drawings and project quotation.
