The Haven™ is a thoughtfully designed 20FT expandable modular family home created for homeowners seeking greater flexibility, faster construction and contemporary residential comfort.

During transportation, the building remains in a compact folded configuration. Once delivered to site, the expandable sections open to create a significantly wider and more practical interior measuring approximately 5.90 × 6.30 metres. This intelligent construction method provides around 37.2 m² of internal floor area while reducing transportation volume and simplifying on-site installation.

The Haven™ can be configured with an open-plan living area, private bedrooms, a fitted bathroom and an integrated kitchenette. Several floor-plan arrangements are available, making the model suitable for individuals, couples, small families, multigenerational households and short-stay accommodation projects.

Its structural system is formed from galvanised steel and paired with insulated sandwich wall panels for strength, weather resistance and improved year-round comfort. Double-glazed windows introduce natural light while supporting thermal and acoustic performance. Pre-installed electrical components, lighting, power outlets and plumbing provisions help reduce the amount of finishing work required after delivery.

Interior and exterior finishes can be adapted to suit the architectural direction of each project. Available upgrades include premium flooring, enhanced kitchen cabinetry, air conditioning, decking, solar power, furniture packages and customised exterior finishes.
