The Nook™ is designed to create a practical one-bedroom living space within a compact, expandable footprint. When opened, it measures 5.90 m × 4.76 m and provides an open living room with a separate bedroom.
Built with a galvanised steel frame, insulated carbon crystal panels, thermal-break windows and SPC flooring, it is suited to granny flats, guest accommodation, staff housing and compact site-based living.
The quoted configuration does not include a bathroom or kitchenette. Final services, interior upgrades, delivery, foundations, installation and approvals are arranged on a project-specific basis.
